MY RECIPE FOR COCONUT RICE

This recipe is from my country. I take the coconut and open it and, I take out the white pulp, then I cut the white pulp in pieces and, put it into the blender with water, to liquidize, then I strain it and put it into the pot with the cooked rice and put the lid on. Turn the heat down for 15 minutes. I wait until it is dry, then I serve it hot.
